How we raise our Puppies

Our puppies are raised in our home with us. We love on them, play with them, and expose them to all types of noises, smells and experiences. We follow the Badass Breeders program and also use the Puppy Culture program. These two programs will make a huge impact on your puppy. Even though we are new to the breeding world, our goal is to produce high-quality doodles that will bless your family for years to come with their sweet, loving, silly personalities. We breed F1, F1b, and multigenerational Goldendoodles.

Through the Badass Breeders and Puppy Culture programs we provide:
– Early neurological stimulation beginning when they are 3 days old.
– Age appropriate games and exercises.
– Early socialization to people, other dogs and              experiences.
– Introduction to potty training.

We also do evaluation exercises at 7 weeks old to help us find a puppy that fits well with your family and your lifestyle. Puppies should not be chosen because of color/looks. It’s my responsibility to make sure you get the puppy that best fits your families’ needs.

Weekly updates, pictures and videos will be posted on our social media sites. Puppies will go to their forever home when they are 8 weeks old.

Our puppies are raised in our home with all of the normal sights and sounds of everyday life. All of our moms and dads are tested by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for their hips, elbows, eyes and heart. We also send DNA from our dogs to be tested for multiple genetic disorders and coat traits. We only want to produce dogs with great health and temperaments.

If you choose to adopt one of our puppies, you will be asked to sign a strict SPAY/NEUTER contract. We may consider selling with breeding rights to an approved breeder. If you’re interested, please reach out.

We use Guardian Homes so that we can grow our business and our dogs will still be part of a loving home. This program is a way for local families to have a “pick of the litter puppy” without the high cost. The puppy becomes part of the Guardian Home’s family forever while Old Homeplace Doodles retains breeding rights. Usually, our Moms will have 3 or 4 litters and then be retired to live with her Guardian Family forever. We will have openings later this year, so if you’re interested and want to learn more about our Guardian Program CLICK HERE.
